Why are our Melbourne Mortgage Broker Company services first class?
Our company will keep in touch with you at every stage of the Home Loan Application Process, from conditional approval to settlement and after. You'll even have your own ecapital Melbourne consultant - one direct contact, all the way from submission to settlement.
First, we'll meet. Your ecapital Melbourne Mortgage Broker Consultant will call to let you know what supporting documentation you'll need at the meeting.
Then we'll help you find and choose the best loan ideally suited to your situation with flexibility for future changes. Our highly sophisticated technology and the experience of our Melbourne Mortgage Broker Company allows your ecapital broker to access and assess the best home loan options available. Only when you're completely satisfied do you sign the Home Loan Application form.
Once your Mortgage Broker Consultant receives all your supporting documentation, our Melbourne Mortgage Broker Company will review your application, ensure the paperwork is in order, and then submit it to the nominated lender of your choice.
After your application's submitted we'll inform you that your Home Loan Application has been submitted to the lender, who will conduct credit and other enquiries. The lender will assess the application and provide us conditional approval (assuming there are no issues/concerns). Your Mortgage Broker Consultant will then inform you of conditional approval (or decline) of your Home Loan Application.
A valuer then organises to inspect the property, then writes and submits a report to the lender. If mortgage insurance is not required your selected lender will issue an unconditional loan approval advice (It's time to sign your loan contract).
If mortgage insurance is required, formal "sign-off" is sought from the mortgage insurer by the lender. When mortgage insurer "sign-off" is received then unconditional loan approval will be issued. Our Melbourne Mortgage Broker Company will then inform you of unconditional home / mortgage loan approval and you proceed to settlement.
